D. In order to cure a default under the Lakeview
mortgage and to provide additional security to Bankers for the
Note, Lucille V. Costa and George A. Costa, the abovementioned
guarantors, did execute a Collateral Mortgage in favor of
Bankers, dated May 13, 1974 and recorded in Official Records
Book 227 at Page 1694 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, which mortgage encumbers, inter alia, certain
real property more particularly described- in Exhibit 2 attached
hereto and made a part hereof (hereinafter referred to as the

~ "Oceanview Property"), and which mortgage, as amended -

heretofore and herein, is hereinafter referred to as the
"Oceanview mortgage"); and
E. The Lakeview mortgage and the Oceanview mortgage
were both modified and extended by Agreement dated June 8,
1977, and recorded in Official Records Book 271 at Page 626 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
F. By Deed dated the day of November, 1980,
and recorded under Clerks File Number ~~(~o~/S7 and in
Official Records Book at page /(.,5~. of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Ocean Park-Association,
Inc. conveyed-title to the Lakeview Property to Lakeview and by
Deed dated the day of November, 1980, and recorded under
Clerks File Number 6 ~i/~ and in Offical Records Book 3 y~
at Page of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
