agreement was recorded on September 23, 1977, in Official
Record Book 274, Page 2297, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County and Lakeview warrants and represents that
said mortgage is now solely owned and held by Midlantic
National Bank, and that said mortgage as modified
simultaneously herewith, secures a principal indebtedness
on the date hereof of $1,089,817.31 with total accrued and
j unpaid ~ interest thereon to date of ~•DO which

j mortgage, as so modified, is hereinafter referred to as

j the "Midlantic Mortgage"; (ii) that certain mortgage

~ executed by Lucille V. Costa, joined by George A. Costa,

First National Bank of Fort Pierce, recorded in Official

Record Book 245, Page 1776, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as modified by Mortgage
Modification Agreement dated June 30, 1978, recorded in
Official Record Book 293, Page 1563, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, and as modified concurrently herewith
(the "Ft. Pierce Mortgage") which mortgage encumbers only
a portion of the Lakeview Property and is a third mortgage
lien, subject and inferior to the mortgage described in

~ (i) above and the Lakeview mortgage; and (iii) that
certain purchase money fourth mortgage given by Lakeview
