will not cause to be made or permit any material changes
in and to the Lakeview Site Plan without first securing
the consent and approval of Bankers, and that it will
develop the residential areas of the Lakeview Project only
in the numerical sequence provided on the Lakeview Site

Plan. References to the phases of the Lakeview Site Plan
will be and mean the numbered stages ~s shown on the,
Lakeview Site Plan, and references to the recreational
complex will be and mean 'the "recreational complex" shown
on said Site Plan, and references to the sewer plant will
be and mean the package sewer treatment plant and area
' shown on the Lakeview Site Plan and referred to as the _
"utilit area" and as such lant now and hereafter exists.

(c) The package sewage treatment plant located on '
the Site Plan and the utility area shown on the Site Plan,
hereinafter referred to jointly as the "sewer plant" was
or is concurrently herewith being acquired and will be
~ owned and shall, as a condition of the Lakeview mortgage
and Oceanview mortgage, continue to be owned and operated
by North Hutchinson Services, a Florida partnership, (the
"Utility Company") or Lakeview and Lakeview further
represents and warrants that Lakeview will, as a condition
. precedent to any commencement of construction on the
