may have every opportunity to anticipate such a default
and to exercise any rights or privileges it may have in
order to minimize the effect of same on the security
provided Bankers under the Lakeview mortgage. Failure to
give such notice to Bankers within a reasonable time shall
constitute a default under the Lakeview mortgage.
(g) Lakeview agrees that it will at all times keep
the Midlantic Mortgage and the Ft. Pierce Mortgage in good
' standing and will not permit either to be or become in
default in any respect and agrees that a default under -
either said mortgage shall constitute default under the;,
Lakeview mortgage. -
(h) Lakeview agrees with Bankers that it will
immediately notify Bankers of any default or of its
inability to make a known requirement or to meet a known
obligation pursuant to any mortgage encumbering the
Lakeview Property and will cooperate with Bankers in
avoiding a default to the fullest extent possible and
~ Bankers shall have every right to cure any default, but
Bankers shall have no obligation whatsoever with respect
to curing any said default and shall have no liability to
Lakeview or any holder of any such mortgage in connection
therewith. In the event Bankers shall cure a default
