Such prohibition shall not restrict the mortgaging or
encumbrancing of property, except for the recreational
complex as hereinafter provided, following a release
thereof from the lien of the Lakeview mortgage.
(j) Lakeview agrees that it will not accept any
future advances (not intended to include regular advances
under any construction mortgage) under any other mortgage
encumbering the Lakeview Property or any portion thereof
or the same shall constitute a default hereunder.
(k) Lakeview is a Florida partnership between The
Sands Lake-View Qevelopment Corporation, a Florida F
corpocation, and CoDevCo South Florida Properties, a
Florida partnership between and among six separate Florida
corporations. Lakeview understands and agrees that any
change in the ownership and control of Lakeview, whether
by operation of law or otherwise, resulting in the present
control group, being all the legal and beneficial owners
of Lakeview, including the Stockholders of any corporate
partner of Lakeview and the stockholders of the corporate
partners of the Lakeview partner, all as exist on the date
hereof and all as disclosed concurrently herewith to
Bankers in writing (the "Control Group") owning and
controlling less than 60$ of the legal and beneficial
