Florida, and which mortgage is hereinafter referred to as
the "Costa Oceanview Mortgage".
(b) That Oceanview intends to develop the Oceanview
Property in three (3) stages as three (3) separate
residential condominiums. To-date no site plan has been
submitted for approval to Bankers or to the appropriate
authorities in St. Lucie County, Florida but Oceanview
anticipates the preparation and submission of such a site
plan to Bankers for approval, which approval shall be
required to as a condition precedent to the submission of

same to the county and other governmental authorities
having jurisdiction over the development of said property

and Oceanview agrees that no site plan will be filed until
Bankers has approved same, which approval Bankers agrees
that it will not unreasonably withhold. Once approved by
Bankers and submitted to the county, Oceanview agrees that .
it will not cause to be made or permit ant matecial
changes to be made in and to the site plan without first
securing the further reasonabYe consent and approval of
~ Bankers and that once approved it will only develop the
~ property in accordance with the site plan and in the

F numerical sequence for stages or phases provided on such
site plan.
