Bankers may have every opportunity to anticipate such a
default and to exercise any rights or privileges it may
have in order to minimize the effect of same on the
security provided Bankers under the Oceanview mortgage.
Failure to give such notice to Bankers within a reasonable
time shall constitute a~default under the Oceanview
Mortgage.
(f) Oceanview will not sell or assign any interest
~ in the Oceanview Property or suffer, permit or create any
encumbrance on said property whether prior to or inferior
to the Oceanview mortgage except as presently exists or as
f
herein may expressly permitted without the express, prior
written consent of Bankers and any .violation of this
agreement shall be a default under the Oceanview mortgage.
Such prohibition shall not-restrict the mortgaging or
encumbrancing of property following a release thereof from
the lien of the Oceanview mortgage. Any default of this
provision shall constitute a default under the Oceanview
~ Mortgage.
(g) Oceanview is a Florida partnership with The
Sands Ocean View Development Corporation, a Florida
corporation, and CoDevCo South Florida Properties, a
Florida partnership, as the sole general partners.
