Bankers agrees that it will not unreasonably withhold its
consent to any institutional lender that has established a
reputation in the construction lending field and has
proven ability to fund construction loans of the magnitude

~ object to the standard mortgage provisions or unreasonably
withhold its approval of other provisions of the
