HomeMy WebLinkAbout1763 1 j 'j (m) Lakeview and Oceanview agree that the improvements of each stage of each project shall be a separate condominium which in the case of the Lakeview Property will be subject to a master association and that Bankers shall have the right to review and approve all condominium documentation and sales contracts and materials, in advance. In connection therewith Bankers , agrees that after it shall .have approved the documentation ~ for the first stage in each project, it shall expeditiously review the condominium documents for f subsequent stages; provided such documentation is similar ii to the documentation for the first stage of that project. Accordingly, unless Bankers shall have given notice in writing of its objections to condominium documentation for subsequent stages within fifteen (15) days following the receipt by Bankers and its attorneys of all condominium documents, sales contracts and materials for a subsequent ; stage, Bankers shall,be deemed to have waived such right to review the documentation and will consent to the filing _ of same and join therein as required by law.
