legal sufficiency of same and Bankers consent to the
filing of such documentation shall provide that such
joinder shall in no event impair the priority or rights of
Bankers under the mortgage being subordinated nor shall
such joinder subject Bankers to liens provided therein to
third parties, the association or the developer.
(n) Bankers and its designated Florida counsel shall
have received and have an opportunity, in advance, to
review and approve all surveys completely certified to
I~ Bankers showing all improvements, easements, facilities,
utilities, etc. and the subordination by Bankers of the
lien of its mort a e to the lien of a construction

mortgage shall unless previously granted evidence its ~
~ approval thereof.
(o) Bankers agrees that following subordination it
will release individual condominium units in connection
with the closing of a sale thereof upon its receipt of the
required release price for such unit as set forth.in
Column B on Schedule A attached hereto, not withstanding
the fact that the Oceanview mortgage or Lakeview mortgage .
may then be in default, provided that such release or this
agreement to release shall not in any way limit or
restrict the right of Bankers to pursue all remedies
