The term "current interest payment" as used fn this paragraph shall not include the six month interest covered by the guarantees as specified in paragraph 9 of the modification and extension of promissory note of even 'date herewith; a default in the payment -of any portion of such six month interest shall be deemed a default under the Lakeview Mortgage and the Oceanview Mortgage. Any and all defaults under the Lakeview mortgage shall be and constitute a default under the Oceanview mortgage. The I failure of Oceanview to comply with the representations and warranties contained in Paragraphs 5(c) and 6(d) above shall constitute a default (a "utility default") under the Lakeview E mortgage as well as under the Oceanview mortgage.
