Lakeview and Oceanview each represent to Bankers and agree to hold Bankers harmless from_and against any liability whatsoever for any brokerage commission, finder's fee or other payments to third parties in connection with the exeuction of this agreement or-the entering into of any other agreements or modifications-referenced herein or in connection with the Oceanview Hortagge and Lakeview Mortgage, and agree that Bankers shall have no obligation whatsoever in connection therewith. 16. Bankers shall be named as an insured party on any and all policies of insurance affecting the subject properties and on the water and sewer facilities to the extent of its insurable interest therein. 17. This instrument shall be construed ~in connection with and as part of the original mortgage in favor of Bankers Trust Company encumbering the Lakeview Property and in connection with and as a part of the mortgage in favor of Bankers Trust Company,.as modified herein, encumbering the Oceanview Property.
