HomeMy WebLinkAbout1778 l 1 i ti. 1 1 shall govern; and any inconsistent provisions contained in such original mortgages as heretofore modified and with respect to the Oceanview mortgage, as modified and amended .by Exhibit 3, shall be deemed deleted, provided, however, nothing contained herein shall in anywise impair the validity or priority of the lien created by such mortgages. 18. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in this instrument or the mortgages it modifies shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions hereof, but this ~ instrument and such mortgages shall be construed as if such invalid; illegal or unenforceable provisions .had never been included. 19.
