20. All written notices in connection with the Mortgages,
the Note, or this document, which may be given by Bankers Trust _

21. Bankers Trust Company hereby agrees that the Lakeview
mortgage is, as of the date hereof, subordinate in priority to
the lien of the Midlantic Mortgage as modified concurrently
herewith.
