file in Plat Book 7 at Pabe SO of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
East of the East right-of-way line for State Road A-1-A and West of the mean high
water mark of the Atlantic Ocean; and - .
That portion of Government Lot 3, Section 25, Township 34 South, Range 40 East
situate North of Tract S of Coral Cove Beach Subdivision, Section 1, as per plat
.thereof on file in Plat Book 11 at Pages 30A and 30B of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, East of the. East right-of-way of State Road A-1-A and
West of the mean high water mark of .the Atlantic Ocean; and

file in Plat Book 1 at Pages 30A and 30B of the Public Records of St. Lucie

To the extent the Mortgagors have any right, title and interest in and to the
following property and to the extent the following describes additional lands other '
than and additional to the lands described above, the Ocean View mortgage shall '
also encumber the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 8 through 20 of Block B, of Unit No. 1, of NORTH BEACH SUBDIVISION, as
recorded in Plat Book 7, Page S0, and also TRACTS R and S of CORAL COVE
BEACH SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 30A, and
also that part of Government Lot 2 lying East of State Road A-1-A and extending
to the mean high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean less the North Beach
Subdivision and that part of Government Lot 3 lying East of State Road A-1-A and
extending to the mean high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean less the Coral Cove
Beach Subdivision, Section One, all lying, in Section 25, Township 34 South, ~
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
