25. The covenants and agreements herein contained
shall bind, and the benefits and advantages shall inure
to, the respective heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns of the parties hereto.
26. Hereinabove where the text of this instrument so
requires, the use of any gender shall be deemed to include
all genders, and the use of the singular shall include the
plural.
