To the RESTATED MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT between
SOUTHEAST FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE; LUCILLE V. COSTA,
GEORGE A. COSTA, LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC.; GERALD H. GLINE, as Receiver
in Bankruptcy for GEORGE A. COSTA, LUCILLE V. COSTA, and LUCILLE V.
COSTA, INC., in the United States District Court of New Jersey, Cast No. 8-76-
2704; and THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT. ~
Parcel 1:
Tract A-1 of CORAL COVE BEACH Section One, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 30A and 308, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; Together with that part of Government Lot S situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner o~ Tract A-1 of CORAL COVE BEACH
SUBDIVISION, run on a bearing of N89 49'02"West along the North line of said
Tr$ct A-1, 165.98 feet to the Point of Beginning. From the Point of Beginning, run
NO 01'46" East along the East line of Section 26, Township 34 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida, a distance o~ 238.12 feet to a point on the North
line of Government Lot S; thence run S89• Sl'30" West along the North line of
Government Lot S a distance of 1055 feet more or less to a point on the shoreline
of the Indian River; thence meander southerly along the. shoreline of the Indian
River to a point on the North line of Coral Cove Waterway; thence run Easterly
along the North right-of-way of Coral Cove Waterway to the Southwest corner of
aforementioned Tract A-1; thence run on a bearing of NO1°22'26" West 295.53 feet
to a point; thence run North SO 18'52" East 95.26 feet to a point; thence run
South 89°49'02" East 425.11 feet to the Point of Beginning;
