This Note ,shall be governed os to validity, inter~~retation, construction,
effect and oll other respects by tho laws and decis'wns of tla State of.F larida In
the event Bonk determines it necassary to institute suit to collect on this Note, the
action may be maintained by Bank in the State of Florida, and the hldcer does
hereby consent to the institution of oction in that jurisdiction and wolves any and
all defenses it may hove to the maintenonce of the suit in Florida
This Note is secured by a Mortgoge doted November 7,1975, os modified by '
~ Mortgoge Modification Agreement dated June 30. 1978, batween flaker and
Bank and is entitled to the benefits thereof.
This Note and deferred interest payments shoal bear interest of the rate of
ten (1096) per cent per annum from maturity until paid
- ~ This Note_ is binding upon Maker and its successors and assigns.
The execution of this Note by Joseph R. McMohon, Receiver is in his
- capocity as Receiver in Bankruptcy for Georgs A. Costa, Lucille V. Costa, and -
Lucille V, Costo, Inc., in the United Stoles District Court, District of New Jersey,
Case Na 8-76-2704, and not individuolly, and he shoal have no personal liability to
Bonk for payment of this Note.
