with the "Lake View Slte Plan " This Mortgage is and shall be subject and ~
subordinate to any and all utility easements including, but not limited to, gas,
telephone, electric, sewer, water, drainage, lift stations and pumping stations, and
such easements for ingress, egress, roadways and pathways which may hereafter be
granted by MORTGAGOR or reserved to Itself, its successors oc assigns, to all
declarations of restrictions and the conveyance of the roadways on the property as
shown on the "Lake View Site Plan" to a master association.

Without Umiting the self-operating subordination, MORTGAGEE i
agrees, without cost to it, to execute, acknowledge and deliver such instruments
which may be required to effect such subordlnation.

23. This Purchase Money Mortgage is subject and inferior to the following I
mortgages and the liens granted thereby insofar as such mortgage liens apply to the
same portion of the property mortgaged hereunder, and MORTGAGEE, by
acceptance of this Purchase Money Mortgage, covenants and agrees that, until the
following mortgages are satisfied of record in St. Lucie County, Florida, including-
any renewals, modifications and extensions thereof, all obligations secured thereby
shall remain at al! times a lien prior and superior to the lien or charge of this
Purchase Money Mortgage:
A. Mortgage recorded in Official Reeords Book 206, Page 2585, -
from Lucille V. Costa, Inc., a Florida corporation, to New Jersey Realty Mortgage -
Company, a New Jersey corporation, and as supplemented in Official Records
Book 213, Page 2952, and in Official Records Book 220, Page 2870, (which is re- ~
recorded in Official Records Book 22l, Page 1149), assigned to National Newark do
Essex Bank, a corporation of the State of New Jersey, and corrected in Official
Records Book 261, Page 1484, and further assigned in Official Records Book 274,
Page 2295, to New Jersey Realty Company, and further assigned to Midlantic
National Bank, a national banking association, in Official Records Book 277,
Page 818, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (These mortgages
were modified, consolidated and extended in Official Records Book 274, Page 2297,

and in Official Records Book 274, Page 2314) and is being modified concurrently ~
herewith by Restatement, Modification and Supplement to Mortgage, which
mortgage as modified secured a total indebtedness of $ 1,089,817.31 ,and that

certain UCC-1 between Lucille V. Costa and George A. Costa, her husband, and
Midlantic National Bank recorded in Official Records Book 275, Page 727, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
B. Mortgage from Lucille V. Costa, Inc., a Florida corporation, to
Bankers Trust Company, a New York banking corporation, recorded in Official
Records Book 225, Page 570, and supplements in Official Records Book 225, i
Page 580, and as modified and extended in Official Records Book 271, Page 626, of

mortgage as modified secures a total indebtedness of $ 1,698,727.02
