Costa, Inc., a Florida corporation, to New Jersey Realty Mortgage - Company, a New Jersey corporation, and as supplemented in Official Records Book 213, Page 2952, and in Official Records Book 220, Page 2870, (which is re- ~ recorded in Official Records Book 22l, Page 1149), assigned to National Newark do Essex Bank, a corporation of the State of New Jersey, and corrected in Official Records Book 261, Page 1484, and further assigned in Official Records Book 274, Page 2295, to New Jersey Realty Company, and further assigned to Midlantic National Bank, a national banking association, in Official Records Book 277, Page 818, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida (These mortgages were modified, consolidated and extended in Official Records Book 274, Page 2297, 4 and in Official Records Book 274, Page 2314) and is being modified concurrently ~ herewith by Restatement, Modification and Supplement to Mortgage, which mortgage as modified secured a total indebtedness of $ 1,089,817.31 ,and that E certain UCC-1 between Lucille V.
