mortgagor under the particular mortgage, as modified, and the
cure periods shall be concurrent and following the expiration
of any applicable cure period there shall be no further right
or opportunity for Trustee to cure the default.
6. The Receiver joins fn the execution hereof only for
the purposes of evidencing his consent and approval of the
matter and agreements contained herein and to the proposed
documents.
