THIS PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE (sometimes hereinafter refereed to !
as "Mortgage"), executed this Sth day of November, 1980, at Ft. Pierce, Florida,
by THE SANDS OCEAN VIEW DEVELOPMENT, a Florida Partnership, whose
mailing address is S00 NW 163 Street Road, North Miami Beach, Florida, party of
the first part, hereinafter called the MORTGAGOR, which Term as used herein in
every instance shall include the MORTGAGOR's heirs, executors, administrators,
successors, legal representatives and assigns, including all subsequent grantees,
either voluntary by act of the parties or involuntary by operation of law, and shall
denote the singular and/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine, and natural ~
and/or artificial persons, whenever and wherever the context so requires or admits,
to LEHMAN do WASSERMAN, a Professional Cor-poration, whose mailing address is
a
225 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, New Jersey, party of the second part, hereinafter . .
called the MORTGAGEE, which teem as used herein in every instance shall include
the MORTGAGEE's. successors, legal representatives and assigns, including all
subsequent assignees, either voluntary by act of the parties or involuntary by ~
operation of law.
WITNESSETH:
THAT for divers good and valuable considerations, and also to secure the

. payment of the aggregate sum of money named in the promissory note of even date
herewith, hereinafter mentioned, together with interest thereon, and all other sums `
of money secured hereby as hereinafter provided, the MORTGAGOR does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto the MORTGAGEE, in fee
simple, the following described property, to wit:

(A) The following real estate situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

(B) All buildings, structures and improvements of every nature
whatsoever now or hereafter situated on the said property, and all furniture,

_ furnishings, fixtures, machinery, equipment, inventory and materials on site, and
` ~ persona! property of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter owned by the
MORTGAGOR and located in, on, or used or intended to be used in connection with
the operation of said property, buildings, structures or other improvements,
including all extensions, additions, improvements, betterments, renewals and
E replacements to any of the foregoing; and all of the right, title and interest of the
MORTGAGOR in any such personal property or fixtures subject to a conditional '
