WHSRSAS, first party and second parties or+some of them
have also reached agreement on other matters and are desirous '
of setting forth the terms of such new agreements and
evidencing them herein;
NOW, TBEREE~ORE, for and in consideration of the premises
and other good and valuable cnsiderations between first party
and second parties, each to the other in hand given, the
receipt and sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged, the

herein, unless otherwise defined shall have the same meaning as

and Collateral Mortgage, being one of the proposed documents
attached hereto.
-2. Second parties do hereby acknowledge that they have
.reviewed and understand the proposed documents and are familiar
with the existing instruments, and acknowledge and confirm (i)
the recitals contained in each of the proposed documents are
accurate and complete, (ii) second parties do hereby consent to
and request the execution of the proposed documents and
delivery thereof by each and every one of the parties named

therein as correctly effecting the intent of second parties.
