KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT for and in consideration of the sum of Ten T)ollars
($10,00) and other good and valuable considerations, the
undersigned George A. Costa d/b/a North Beach Water Company
hereby releases any and all rights of claims or liens against
the following described real property situated in St. Lucie

County, Florida, to wit: I

Tract A-1, Tract A, Tract F-1, Tract R, and Tract S,
CORAL COME BEACH SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, a sub-
division according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 11, Pages 30A and 30B, Public Records i
of-St. Lucie County, Florida,
to the extent of which, if any, the undersigned has any rights
of liens or claims as to the above-described real property
by virtue of an agreement between North Beach Water ~ompanv

and Navillus Development Company, which agreement was recorded
at Deed Book 245, Page 596, Public Records of St. T,ucie
County, Florida and amended by Agreement recorded at O.R.
Book 78, Page 497, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and the undersigned for himself, and his successors, heirs,
administrators and assigns hereby releases, relinqui-shes
a:~d quit claims any rights of claim or lien whatsoever as
to the. above-described real property on behalf of North
Beach Water Company which may have arisen by virtue of
the aforesaid agreements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned has hereunto set, its
hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
