were the owners of the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block 402, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION THREE, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book- 12, Page 13A of the Public Records of
St. Lucie CQUnty, Florida.
2. That she and the said RUSSELL J. CHARLES were
married prior to April 20, 1978 and said marriage continued without
interruption until March 4. 1979 the date of his death.
