That Part of the Fractional Southwest 3t, of Section 4, Township 37, ~ -
South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, described as below:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the East right
of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company riyht
of way with the South line of the South 200 feet of the
North~380 feet of that part of Section4, Township 37 South,
Range 41 East, described by deed filed for record in Deed
Hook 149, page ?3, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
j thence run Northerly alony the East right of way line of '
~ Florida East Coast Railway a distance of 101.89 feet; thence
run North 61°30' East a distance of 426 feet; thence run
Southerly. parallel to the East right of way line of said
Florida East Coast Railway 101.89 feet to a point 426 feel.
East of said right of way line; thence run Westerly 426 fc~t ~
I to the point of beginning;
An easement in common with others for ingress, egress and
access over that portion of the South 30 feet of the North 115
feet of that part of the Southerly 200 feet of the Northerly
380 feet of the tract of land described in Dced Gook 149, at
page 73, public records of St. Lucie Counts?, Florida, and
located in Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, which
lies between Indian River Drive right-of-way and the East linc~
and Northerly extension of said East line of .that parcel of
property described in Warranty Deed from Stinson to Martx and
recorded in Official Records Book 199, page 2391, St. Lucie
~ County,. Florida, public records. A portion of said 30 foot
strip of land is shown as "private road" on survey by Charles
8. McAdam, Surveyor and Engineer, recorded in Deed Book 222,
i page 201, public r-ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
