Florida, thence run Northerly along the East right of day line of Florida East Coast
Railway a distance of 101.89 feet; thence run North 61 30'Fast a distance of 426 feet;
thence run Southerly parallel to the East right of way ling of said Florida East Coast
Railway 101.89 feet to a point 426 feet East of said right of way line; thence run
