Aurel A. Mossey in a tenancy by the entireties constitutes a
portion of the decedent's residuary estate.
5. Filed with this petition are exemplified copies

of the will of the decedent, petition for its probate, proof
of will, judgment of probate, letters testamentary and powers ~
of attorney as recorded in the Official Record Books in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, and as certified by the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County to be true and correct
copies.
6. Since the decedent has been dead for more than three
years, it is not necessary that an ancillary personal represen-
tative be appointed in St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays this Court enter its order
admitting the probated foreign will to record in this Court.
UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, I declare I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
