The instrument presented to this Court as a certified
exemplified copy of the Last Will and Testament of Irene Mossey, €
deceased, having been duly admitted to the Surrogates Court
in and for Morris County, New Jersey, a court of~probate juris-
diction, and this Court finding that the will of the decedent
complies with the laws of Florida as to fore and execution and ~
that it devises an interest in real property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida held by the decedent at the time of her death,

said property described as:

Lot 1, Block 15, HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION, No. 4;
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 71,~
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and the Court finding that a duly certified exemplified copy
of the will, petition for its probate, proof of will, judg-
ment of probate, letters testamentary and powers of attorney ?

have been filed herein by the petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the certified exemplified copy of the last
will and testament of Irene Mossey, deceased is admitted to
probate according to law as and for the Last Will and Testament
of the decedent. .
