The petition of Claudine R. Simon, by and throuq~i he~'~~ A•
undersigned attorney, alleges:
1. Aurel A. Mossey, late of the Borough of Wharton,
County of Morris and. State of New Jersey, died on June 11.,
1973 leaving a last will and testament dated July 14, 1958
which was duly proved and admitted to probate and record
in the Surrogate's Court in and for Morris County, New Jersey,
a court of probate jurisdiction, on June 25, 1973.
2. The decedent died owning, in a tenancy by the
entireties with his wife, Irene Mossey, the following described
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block 15, HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION, No. 4,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Boak 9, page
~ 7I, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
said real property being the only property situate in the
` State of Florida owned as above stated by the decedent, the
decedent having received said property through purchase from
Florida Homesites Estates, Inc., as evidenced by deed dated
July 17, 1956, recorded in Deed Book 2I8, page 583, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Petitioner is a subsequent holder of title to
the above described real estate.
~ 4. The decedent's will complies with the laws of
the State of Florida as to form and manner of execution,
~ and devises all the rest, residue and remainder of his property

• to his children, Clifford A. Mossey and Valerie Goldsworthy.
