6. The following is a complete list of the assets in this
estate and their estimated value, together with those assets claimed

Subdivision according tb the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 12, Page 55, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Estimated value of $8,200.00
7. The estate is rot inelebted. A mpy a~f the paid funeral
bill is attached.
8. It is proposes that all assets of the decadent
including exempt property, be distributed as follows:

9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner
is unaware of any unrewked wills or codicils of decedent.

accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 8 of this
Petition.
