organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose address is 1600 South Fed•
oral Highway, City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, (herein "Lender").

WHEREAS, Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal sum of Fifteen Thousand and '
No/ 100--- Dollars, which indebtedness is evidenced
by Borrower's note dated October 31, 1980 (herein "Note"), providing for monthly
installments of principal and interest, with the balance of the indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and pay-
able on December 1, 2006
TO SECURE to Lender (a) the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Note with interest
thereon; (b) the payment of all other sums,- with interest thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to -
protect the security of this Mortgage; (c) the performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower
herein contained; (d) the performance of the covenants and agreements incorporated by reference hereinto;
and (e) the repayment of any future advances, with interest thereon, made to Borrower by Lender pur-
suant to pazagraph 21 hereof or incorporated by reference hereinto (herein "Future Advances"), Borrower
does hereby mortgage, grant and convey to Lender the following described property located in the County
of S t . Luc I e State of Florida:
Lot 6, Block 8 of SOUTHERN PINES, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9;
Page 68 of the Public Records of St.~Lucie County, Florida.
The PROMISSORY NOTE secured by this MORTGAGE contains renegotiable interest
rate provisions. The INTEREST RATE and MONTHLY PAYMENTS called for by said i
Note are thus subject to adjustment. i
