6. To sell and/or dispose of ox to change title of ownership
to any m4toz vehicle which is now registered in ay name. ~
7. To sign leases to any property in which I nay have any
interest, present or contingent, in the S#ate of Maryland or the
State of Florida, or elsewhere.
8. To sell any of ay real or personal property in which I have
an interest, present or contingent.
9. To represent ne before the Internal Revenue Service or any
State taxing authority in any and all natters fn which I a?s con-
