HomeMy WebLinkAbout2044 i s~~65 ~ DEED THIS DEED made and executed this 4th day of March , 1980, by FORT PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a special taxing district, hereinafter called the Grantor, to J.C. METAL SPINNING CO., INC. whose post office address is 2700 Industrial Avenue Three, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee. WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the Grantee, its successors and assigns the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 12, Block 7, Airport Industrial Park, Unit 1 as per plat thereof in Plat Book 12 at page 40 and further agrees that: To have and to hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances subject, however, to the following conditions, reservations and restrictions: 1. The protective covenants as recorded in OR Book 49 at pages 426 to 430 and the amendments thereto as recorded in OR Book 167 at ~ pages 1465 and 1466, OR Book 168 at page 1986 and OR Book 211 at page i 705. 2. Said property shall not be used as the site of an airport ~ fixed base operation, i.e., the sale of gas, oil, supplies and services f to aircraft using the St. Lucie County Airport. 3. The Grantor reserves fpr itself, its successors and assigns, - for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of said lands together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as may be inherent in the operation of aircraft now known, or hereafter used for navigation of or flight in the air, using said airspace for landing at, taking off from E9 i or operating on the St. Lucie County Airport. 4 f . g , ' - ~a 8~~~ PIGE~~
