Husband, and SHARON MARIE WALSH, Wife
O R D E R
This cause came on for hearing this date and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the temporary custody of JASON WILLIA,ti! WALSH,
minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to SHARON MARIE
WALSH with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOSEPH
MARK WALSH.
2. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. In
the event either of the parties violates this Order, the
harassed party may contact the Sheriff's Department of Saint _
Lucie County and request such department to immediately take
-the offender into custody
3. The Husband shall transport the Wife to and from
her place of employment or, i.n the alternative, provide. the
Wife with a car to drive to and from her place of employment.
4. The Husband may keep the minor child of the parties
at his place of residence while the Wife is at work and during
that time the Husband shall not consume any type of alcoholic
beverages. Further, during that time the minor child of the
parties shall be taken from the Husband's place of residence
