5. Commencing the day of. /'~~~t?---~, 1980, JOSEPH
MARK WALSH shall pay to SHARON MARIE WALSH the sum of $25.00
each and every week for the support of the above-named minor
child of the parties.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by her remitted promptly to SHARON MARIE WALSH. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
b~ added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at~all times while this
order is in effect.
6. The Husband shall be responsible oor all medical and
dental expenses which may be reasonably necessary for the care
and health of the minor child of the parties while this order
is in effect.
DONE AND UHDERED this ~Z day of November, 1980 in
Chambers in Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
