Rider to Mortgage dated November 12th. ,1980 between
MICHAEL A. I.OMBARDI and ROSALIE A. LOMBARDI,HIS WIFE, as
Mortgagor and RAYMOND B.VAN MF.ERTEN, as Mortgagee;
A. This mortgage is subject and subordinate to:
1. That certain consolidated mortgage dated November 7, 1972
and executed by Robert Blahut and Gretel Blahut, his wife in
favor of Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce, which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 208
at Page 40 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida
which consolidated mortgage constitutes a first mortgage
lien on the premises described in this mortgage, now in the
principal amount of $9,255.22, with interest from November
10,1980 (such consolidated mortgage is hereinafter referred
to as the "First Mortgage"):
2. That certain consolidated mortgage dated February 19,
1973 and executed by Vincent Parisi and Rosemarie Parisi,
his wife in favor of Robert Blahut and Gretel Blahut,his wife
which mortgage was recorded in O.R.Book 211 at Page 483 of
the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida, which con-
solidated mortgage constitutes a Second Mortgage lien on the
premises described in this mortgage, now in the principal
amount of $ ~ 3,229.20 , with interest from November
12th. , 19 ( such consolidated mortgage is
hereinafter referred to as the "Second Mortgage").
2.That certain.consolidated mortgage dated September 29,
1976 and executed by John H. Clore and Sarah D. Clore, his
wife in favor of Vincent Parisi and Rosemarie Parisi, each
a single person,which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 258
at Page 977 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida
which consoliated mortgage constitutes a Third Mortgage Lien
on the premises described in this mortgage, now in the
principal amount of $ 2,654.04 ,with interest from
November 12, 1980 (such consolidated mortgage is here-
inafter referred to as the "Third Mortgage").

{ B. (1) Mortgagor agrees to comply with all of the terms
and conditions of the First, Second and Third Mortgages
other than with respect to the payment of principal and
F interest under said First,Second and Third Mortgages.

(2) In the event Mortgagor shall fail to so comply
~ with all of the terms, provisions and conditions of the
First, Second and Third Mortgages so as to result in a
default thereunder (other than with respect to the payments
of principal and interest due thereunder after November 10,
80) such failure on the part of Mortgagor shall constitute a
default under this mortgage and shall entitle Mortgagee, at
~ his option to exercise any and all rights and remedies given
Mortgagee in the event of a default hereunder.
(3) Any and all expenses, including, but not limited
to title company charges, recording and filing _fees, legal
fees of the attorneys for the holder of the First, Second
and Third Mortgages in preparation of an assignment of
either mortgage and tax, if any, that may be thereafter
imposed by any taxing authority in connection with the
compliance by Mortgagee with the provisions hereof dealing
~ with the payment made or to be made to the holder of the
q First, Second and Third Mortgages shall be paid by the
Mortgagor or any owner of these premises when requested by
the title company and/or the attorneys representing the
holder of the First, Second and Third Mortgages.
