This cause coming on to be heard on the Motion Of JnAPINE L.
LANIGAN, respondent, and by agreer_ient of the parties through
respective counsel, James M. Forkins for petitioner, JONV J.
LANIGAN.
THE COURT FINDS, that a Judgment for Dissolution Marriage
was entered on July 2, 1980 which provided inter alia in effect
that the respondent, JOAPINE L. LAI~IGAN, shall have the property
owned by the parties at Port Saint Lucie, Florida and legally
described hereinafter:
Lot 4, Slock 261 PORT ST LUCIF. Section 2~f , a Subdi~~ision
according to the Plat thereof as recorderd in Plat Bock 13,
Page 31 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
FURTIiER, THE COURZ~ FIIdDS,. that the respondent has effectuated
this judgriental requirement by the delivery of a proper quit Claim
Deed to the petitioner.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, that the satisfaction of that
portion of the Judgment for Dissolution of 2'!arriage be and hereby
is spread of record accordingly. .
