and unto the survivor of them, and unto such survivor's heirs and assigns forever, the
following described premises, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, known as Lot 16, in Block 2013,
of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 22, a Subdivision according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, page 28 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
Said premises are conveyed SUBJECT TO the following:
1. Any and all provisions of any ordinance, municipal regulation,
public or private law, including zoning and planning rules and
regulations. .
2. Any taxes or assessments levied or assessed subsequent to the
Sate of this deed.
