THIS INDENTURE, made this / 3 ~ day of November, 1980,
between PAUMANOCK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a New York corporation
authorized to do business in the State of Florida and formerly
known as MONTAUK AERO CORPORATION, Grantor, and DOYLE W. COTTON,
JR., whose post office address is Suite 4660, ~1 William Center,
Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74172, Grantee;
WITNESSETH, that said Grantor for and in consideration of the
sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, and other good and valuable con-
siderations to said Grantor, in hand paid by said Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever,
the following described land, situate, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

a Railroad Rail, a Point of Reference;

70°14-1/2' East, 739.62 feet; thence North 19'45-1/2'

occupied by Union Carbide Corporation, and the Point
of Beginning of the lands herein described;
