THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon a Petition filed herein,
and the Court after giving consideration to said Petition., and being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Petition be and the same is hereby
granted and that NAOMI SMITH be and she is hereby reinstated as
Personal Representative, and
FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Order heretofore entered on
January 29, 1980, be and the same is hereby set aside. -
