PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
Petitioner, NAOMI SMITH, as Administratrix of the above Estate,
respectfully alleges to the Court as follows:
1. That she is the duly qualified and acting Administratri:{
of the above named Est~~i:;~.
2. Part of the assets of the Estate consist of:
(a) Mustaine's Subdivision, Block A,
Lot 9 less beginning SE corner,
Run.W 14.05 feet N 58.45 feet
E 11.79 feet to NE corner thence
S to point of beginning.
(b) Jellison's Subdivision, Block 5,
S 39 2/3 feet of N 79 1/3 feet
and N 39 2/3 feet of E 157 feet
of Lot 8.
3. The Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary and
to the best interests of the Estate to sell the above described property
in order to provide funds for payment of the obligations of the Estate
E and for distribution.
4. The beneficiaries of the above named Dece3ent are as follows:
Naomi Smith, Herman Eady, Moses Eady, Vernella Scott, Frances Ellison,
Carolyn Phuse, Geneva Curry, none of whom are minors.
~ WHEREFORE,. Petitioner prays for an Order authorizing the sale of
the above styled property.
