ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The Petition of NAOMI SMITH, as Administratrix of the above
named decedent, for an Order Authorizing the sale of the following
described property:
(a) Mustaine's Subdivision, Block A,
Lot 9 less beginning SE corner,
Run W 14.05 feet N 58.45 feet
E 11.79 feet to NE corner thence
S to point of beginning.
(b) Jellison's Subdivision, Block 5,
S 39 2/3 feet of N ?9 1/3 feet
and N 39 2/3 feet of E 157 feet
of Lot 8,
and it appearing to the Court that it ~s expedient, necessary and
to the best interest of the Estate to sell the above described
property in order to provide funds for payment of the obligations of
the Estate and for distribution. A Waiver and Consent by the legatees

IT IS THEREFORE ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate agree-
went heretofore entered by and between the parties is hereby confirmed
E and the above described lands shall be sold in accordance therewith.
