ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
This cause came on to be heard on the Petition for
Authority to Sell Real Property filed herein by LEONA DOY7NER,
Personal Representative of the estate of CHARLES MAKWINSKI, SR.,
Deceased., and the Court finds that all of the-heirs joined in
this Petition. It appearing to the Court that the Personal
Representative has received an offer to purchase the property for
$21,000.00, payable as evidenced in the Contract for Sale and
li Purchase attached to the Petition and marked as Exhibit "A",
subject only to the payment of the customary expenses of sale,
pursuant to the Contract for Sale and Purchase; that. the terms

and conditions of the Contract for Sale and Purchase and the

price stated therein are in all respects fair and reasonable;

j that the sale of said property is in the best interest of the

j estate and of those persons interested in the estate; and the

~j Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

E it ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that LEONA DOWNER, as Personal

I Representative of the estate of CHARLES MAKWINSKI, SR., Deceased,

be and she is hereby authorized to sell and convey unto CARL V.

' MORTON upon the payment of $21,000.00, the following described
' property:
Ii LOTS 6, 7, 8, and 9, BLOCK 748, PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTION 18, and LOT 10, BLOCK 750, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 18, ~
all in a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 17, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
