I, MARGERY 8. STEWART, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and de-
clare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former
Wills by me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise and be-
questh all of the property, both real and personal, of which I may die
seized and possessed,•or to which I may be entitled at the time of my
death, wherever the same may be situated, as follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafter
named, to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my decease as it is practicable.
SECOND: I give and devise such of my tangible personal pro-
perty to those persons designated in a separate writing in existence
at the time of my death, which list is signed by me and which describes
the items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to my
sister, LINDA H. ROSE, as Trustee for m}~ son, GEOFFREY H. RICHARDSON.

~ When my son attains the age of twenty-one (21) years,. I direct that
~ the balance of the trust be distributed to him.
P FOURTH: In the event my son, GEOFFREY RICHARDSON, fails to
survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, to my sister,
LINDA H. ROSE, 11887 Kenington Street, W., Pickerington, Ohio, to have
and to hold unto herself absolutely and forever.
FIFTH: I hereby constitute and appoint my sister, LINDA H.
ROSE, as Personal Representative of this my Last Will and Testament,
and I expressly confer upon her power as such Personal Representative
to administer my estate, excusing her from giving any bond or making
any returns to any court. I•expressly confer upon my sister full
authority and power to sell and convey any part or all of my estate,
at public or private sale, with or without notice, as she may deem
