Comes now T. T. OUGHTERSON, and represents that he is
the duly acting and qualified Personal Representative of the
Estate of Anna Steele Dutton, who died November 17, 1977, and
your Petitioner further represents that there were Federal Estate
taxes and Florida Estate taxes due and they have been paid, and
receipts filed in these proceedings; that the specific legacies

have been paid and receipts filed, that the estate has been fully
administered, that a report or accounting has been filed reflecting
all receipts and disbursements, to July 31, 1980, together with
a summary which report was prepared by the CPA firm of Fletcher,

Johns & Nabutovsky, Stuart, Florida, that all securities have been
i !
~ sold and proceeds delivered and a final income tax return has been ~
i
filed that a receipt or consent has been filed from all of the

~ residuary beneficiaries under the Will, that the said residuary
beneficiaries have consented to the discharge of the Personal
I
` Representative without further notice, that a further report of
receipts and disbursements since the July 31, 1980 report is
attached herein, that a copy of the bill for services and
disbursements of your Petitioner's attorney is attached to this
FPetition, said bill having been paid. A bond, upon decedent's
a
~~request, was waived.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that the Court will enter an
'I Order discharging your Petitionas as Personal Representative of the ;
~~Estate of Anna Steele Dutton.
