The Petitioner, EDGAR A. BROWN, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as
the preference of a majority of the persons otherwise qualified
to serve as personal representative in the State of Florida.

2. Decedent, GEORGE TOUMBANIS, also known as GEORGE
TOUMBANIES, whose last known address was 518 South Macon Street,
~ Baltimore, Maryland, whose age was 69 years, and whose Social

Security Number was 085-18-9686A, died on November 7, 1978, at
~ Baltimore, Maryland, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in Baltimore County, Maryland.
i 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
STAMATIOS TOUAiBANIS, brother, over 18 years of
age;
SOFIA NTOYIAKOU, sister, over 18 years of age;
PIPINA VOULIS, sister, over 18 years of age;
KOULA SILIRA, sister, over 18 years of age;
JOHN TOUMBANIS, nephew, over 18 years of age;
(son of decedent's deceased brother, Nikolaos
Toumbanis);
