4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
the decedent owned real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
S. EDGAR A. BROWN, whose address is set forth above,
and who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to
serve as personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled
to preference in appointment as personal representative because
he has been selected by a majority of the persons otherwise
qualified to serve in the State of Florida.
6. Domiciliary probate proceedings are known to be
pending in Baltimore County, Maryland. Letters have been
issued by the Register of Wills for Baltimore City, Maryland,
to Dennis J. Psoras. Authenticated copies of the domiciliary
proceedings are attached.
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this Estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are:

Real Property - approximate: $6,000.00
8. After the exercise of reasonable diligence,
Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of
decedent.
