The petition of DIANE B. POWELL for the appointment of a
guardian of the property of MARIE BALLING, coming on this day to be
heard and it appearing to the court that said person is incapable of
the care, custody and management of her estate by reason of physical.
infirmity and that it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed;
and the court having jurisdiction and being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that DIANE B. POi9ELL is hereby appointed as successor
guardian of the property of MARIE BALLING, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said DIANE B. POWELL is required to
