ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST AND QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS Assignment of Interest and Quit-Claim Deed made the
26th day of September , 1980, by GEORGE M. PINCUSPY and
SARAH H. PINCUSPY, his wife, hereinafter called the "ASSIGNOR"
to SARAH H. PINCUSPY, hereinafter called the "ASSIGNEE".
(Wherever used herein the terms "Assignor" and "Assignee"
include all parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assigns of the individuals and
the successors and assigns o€ corporations.)
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Assignor, for and in consideration of love and
affection and other considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the Assignee, all of
Assignors' interest in and to that certain Certificate for
Interment Rights No. 2047 whereby HILLCREST MEMORIAL GARDENS,
a corporation, issued its certificate in favor of Assignors
dated February 5, 1970, whereby HILLCREST MEMORIAL GARDENS did
convey tine rights of interment in Lot number 113, unit number
1 and 2, Section Christus 2, in Garden of Christus 2 contain-
ing two adult interment spaces according to the maps and plats
of HILLCREST MEMORIAL GARDENS on file in the office of HILL-
CREST MEMORIAL GARDENS.
TOGETHER with all tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Assignors have executed this
instrument the day and year f' st above wri ten.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer
duly authorized in the State aforesaid and in the County
aforesaid to take acknowledgments, personally appeared SARAH
H. PINCUSPY, individually and as attorney in fact for GEORGE M.
PINCUSPY, her husband, to me known to be the person described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and she acknowl-
edged before me that she executed the same.
WITNESS my hand and official seal in the county and state
last aforesaid, this 26th day of September ,..1980. .
