HomeMy WebLinkAbout0226 WHEREAS, a portion of the above-described lands, more particularly described as follows: The South 200 feet of the East 312.5 feet of Lot 1, INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida has been released from the lien and operation of said mortgage by virtue of that certain partial release dated May 17, 1979 and recorded on May 21, 1979 in Official Record Book 309 at Page 388 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and WHEREAS, Mortgagor has conveyed all of the lands presently encumbered by said Mortgage to FWC, INC., a Florida corporation; and WHEREAS, the said FWC, INC. is the present owner of the property encumbered by the above-described mortgage; and WHEREAS, Mortgagee holds the aforementioned note and mortgage; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to modify the terms of payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned pro- missory note of Mortgagee. E NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the i F t mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto i agree as follows: 1. The recitals set forth in this Agreement are true and correct and are hereby made a part hereof. ~ ~ ~ 2.
